First deployment of the new Go-Barry generation on the A10 North
During the work on the A10 Noord, the new generation Go-Barry was put into practice for the first time. This is a special moment for Travinci and for the further development of the Go-Barry.
Over a length of 246 meters, the Go-Barry was deployed as physical protection between traffic and the works, on the section between hm 32.7 and hm 31.9. On the section where traffic from the A8 meets the A10, the barrier provided a clear physical separation between the work area and traffic.
During the asphalt work, the Go-Barry moved with the asphalt batch. The barrier drove in the opposite direction of traffic and moved during the work, so that the barrier always aligned with the progress of the work.
This commitment was therefore not only the first practical deployment of the new generation of Go-Barry, but also a great test of the renewed machine in a real working environment. From the construction in the night to moving with the asphalt work: everything came together here.
An important step in the further development of Go-Barry as flexible and physical protection that can keep up with the work.
